Terms and Conditions of Hire 2024

Bookings made will be provisional, this will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent out within a month of the booking approximately.
Your booking time must include time required for both set up and clear up for your event.
The hall does not offer a catering facility or a bar, if you are looking for either of these for your event have a look at local carnival clubs who will be able to help.
When using the hall please be considerate of all users of the space both at the pavilion and the countryside spaces nearby.
All use of the car park is at the users risk, you are politely requested to park sensibly and leave walkways clear for the designated use.
